Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have at least 24 months of relevant work experience as a Production Supervisor (Water Production and Manufacturing); Must have knowledge of: (1) Principles and practices of water treatment and delivery; (2) Principles of surface water treatment plant operation and maintenance; (3) Operating principles of valves, pumps, motors, variable speed motor panels, scada systems, and other water treatment plant equipment, including R.O. machines;(4) Compliance with water supply contracts; (5) Principles of preventive maintenance; (6) Raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods; (7) Must be willing and able to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

(1) Oversee the day-to-day operations in a water manufacturing and production environment; (2) Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, water production workers, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, and fabricators; (3) Daily checking of R.O. system to supervise cleanliness; (4) Supervise the sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) and water treatment plant’s (WWTP’s) day-to-day operations; (5) Coordinate between maintenance and managers to ensure preventive maintenance of equipment in the SWRO and WWTP plants is performed according to schedule; (6) Monitor chemical preparations, dosages for the pre and post-treatment, including monitoring consumptions, stock inventory, and chemical procurement and (7) Perform such other related duties as may be assigned.
